This Attitude Will Get You Further In Biz/Life Than 99% Of People

Heart & Hustle - Personal Growth for Business Results

I believe in something most others don't.

(No, it's not Santa Claus - I got disillusioned quickly as a kid.)

I do believe in an "attitude of absolute servitude."

Recently, I had a chat in the sauna (I guess being naked makes people more honest.)

The person (also a coach) asked me what my program looked like.

My answer was simple.

"Unlimited calls, unlimited chats, unlimited questions, unlimited everything."

"Don't people take advantage of that?"

"I hope they do."

My purpose is to serve others with my skills and craft. I've had clients tell me about a problem they face and an hour later we're on a call solving it. I do this because I believe in what I do with every fiber of my being.

Most people are afraid of giving too much because they think it doesn't make sense economically and time-wise.

And yes, as a giver, you have to have limits because takers don't have any.

But I believe in the bigger picture and principles of the universe.

I give so much because I want to serve the people who:

  • Trust me enough to work with me

  • Are willing to do the work to grow their business

  • Show up every day in the arena despite their fears of failure

  • Want less stress and more sleep, feel on top of things, and stop spinning their wheels

The funny thing?

The more I serve from the bottom of my heart, the more I get in return:

  • Happiness

  • Stellar testimonials + results for clients

  • Deep connections with amazing people

  • 100% client retention over the last 9 months

  • A growing business (higher customer lifetime value = more cash)

  • Unforeseen opportunities (recently got offered a position to advise an 8-figure startup CEO)

Life is about servitude. That's where you'll find all the answers you've been looking for.

If you want more, serve more.

Me waiting for the server (hehe) to bring out my food.

Secret Sauce - This Week's Challenge:

I invite you to step up your serving game (I'm not talking about tennis.)

Maybe you're already providing a service to clients. Maybe you can find someone in your community to help out. Maybe you can start a small project that gives back to others. Maybe you want to surprise your partner with a nice dinner.

The how doesn't matter for now - the important part is to get into the mindset of serving.

Once you do, you'll see the opportunities everywhere.

Take them. Serve more. Share your gifts.

It's what we're here to do.

I'd love to hear about what this email inspired you to do, no matter how small - feel free to reply and let me know :)

🙏
